I used this mat for the first time in a hot yoga class and I was blown away on how grippy it got even when I was pouring sweat on it. This mat does not slip at all, and I love the alignment guide, especially in Warrior Two. I highly recommend this mat and can’t wait to travel with it!

I love hot yoga but can get frustrated with slipping on mats and the mats moving around, but these ones are perfect for hot yoga and support my sweaty body all throughout my sessions. Traveling a lot, I like to carry my yoga mat with me. This one is so lightweight and easy to travel with, it’s the best for me !

I bought this mat with the idea that I would use it as more of a towel for hot yoga and to travel with. I knew going into it that this mat did not have much cushion, so don’t be surprised. I have not traveled with it yet however I don’t see any issues with it being able to be packed within a carry on. It should not displace too much space as it packs down fairly small and thin. As for a hot yoga mat, well it’s just okay. One person stated that it is kind of slippery when not wet and they are correct. Since my upper body sweats more one half of the mat stays moist. This part tends to work well. My feet which mostly stay dry tend to slip around a bit. Overall to travel with I think it will meet the mark. As for a hot yoga mat I may keep my eyes open for something that will be more efficient moist and dry.

I was a little skeptic at first, but gripping during hot yoga is excellent!. Easy to clean, just feels like home. I love it!

The pros of this mat are as follows: it is machine-washable, easy to travel with and I really like the design.

My only complaint is I tend to slide a bit on the mat. I do not do hot yoga, and I do not sweat a lot, so it tends to be too slippery for me.
