1) What are your mats made out of?
Our mats are made from eco-friendly, fully recyclable natural tree rubber with 'vegan leather' polyurethane.
2) Do Sacred yoga mats have a smell?
We use a non-toxic process to coat our yoga mats and take great care in making sure they do not have any harsh odors. You may experience a light natural rubber smell when it arrives which should soon dissipate as you put your mat to use.
3) How do I clean my Sacred yoga mat?
The surface of Sacred mats is smooth so cleaning our mats is very easy and quick. Just take a damp cloth with a light diluted tea tree oil spray or natural yoga mat cleaner and gently wipe the dirt off. For a deeper cleaning, gently wipe with a soapy scrub and rinse with the help of a hose or shower head and let it dry overnight somewhere dry. You will notice the mat's color darken when liquid touches its surface, please don't worry, it's normal and it will come back to its original color when dry. Please do not wipe vigorously to avoid causing traces that cannot disappear.

• Please don't leave the yoga mat in the sun for too long, it can fade
• Avoid oil! Oil will leave stains.

6) How does the design's energetic vibration work?
Yes, we're hippies—we believe consciousness is everything and actively creates the energy field around us, as well as physical matter. When a conscious intention is set upon any symbol, object, act, or event, it creates physical energy around it. The 'Sacred Eye' design was channeled and meditated upon for hours, harnessing and imprinting love and protective energy into the mats, which will hold this vibrational frequency forever through quantum resonant bonding. 7) Where are your mats made?
Our yoga mats are made in China with great care and with very close quality control.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed, Sacred Yoga will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-5 days, weekends included. The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS and as soon as your order has been dispatched you will be emailed tracking information.
We apologize, but we are currently only able to ship to the US and minor outlying islands. Check back soon as we are working hard on making our mats available globally.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately at info@sacredyogashop.com. We are committed to doing whatever we can to help resolve the situation to your satisfaction!
If you would like to return or exchange your Sacred Yoga mat, you can do so within 30 days of receipt of goods, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a salable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a 15% handling charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask that you contact us first at info@sacredyogashop.com with photographs of the item and we will provide you a shipping address as to where to return the item(s). Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so please always retain proof of receipt and it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
